厳しくはなれないけど、一人でも大丈夫さ。

「格好悪い。」ってぶーぶー言いながらも、
いつも一緒に商店街で買い物をした帰り道でした。
平凡な幸せを見つけたのは。

夕焼け空、背にした僕達。
背伸びした影は家路に近く―――。

それは楽しい後悔だったから、
寂しかったけれど笑っちゃいました。

いつだって思い出は、思い出に過ぎないんだよと、
やっと慣れた一人での食事をしながら、

部屋の片隅に座っている、少し大きめの冷蔵庫。
空っぽに近い中身は、きっと僕自身なんでしょうね。
きれて壊した目覚し時計。
直しもせずに飾っている。
止めた時間と空っぽの僕を捨てたら、
すぐにこう言うんだ。

「ただいま。」

空っぽの冷蔵庫に入れるたくさんの食べ物を両手に持って、
いつもの道をアパートに帰る。
